Ryan has provided legal services for sixty years. In 1995 it formed an association
with Beauvoisin & Burgess, just four years after Brian Burgess had founded
Lexlink with three other countries and in which he acted as
its Secretary General until his death in 2007. His
partner Tony Beauvoisin and Brian's brother-in-law John Flood, principal of McNamara
Ryan merged their two firms in July 2010 and together continue his vision in their
commitment as the exclusive English member of Lexlink. Through
their membership of Lexlink a team of highly experienced lawyers has assisted
an international clientele in a broad range of commercial and private client matters,
including acting for small and medium sized companies in both their corporate
and commercial needs and all kinds of property transactions and private client

Household is a Consultant to the firm. When merging the two
firms, to enable us to continue covering the commercial work originally covered
by Brian, we formed an association with A J Bird & Co. in London of which
